These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the websites, funnels, programs, and communications operated by Mentally STRONG / Bundukamara Inc. ('Mentally STRONG,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). By accessing our website, registering for a program, or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to our consumer webinar funnel, elite leadership application funnel, and all related marketing communications. They do not govern clinical or psychiatric services.
1. Services Offered
Mentally STRONG offers the following non-clinical services:
• Free pre-recorded online training on the Mentally STRONG Method
• Live virtual training events and webinars
• Paid digital resources including the Companion Guide and workbooks
• Application-based 1:1 intensive work with Dr. Cristi Bundukamara
• Group training programs and live events
• Educational content via email, SMS, social media, and video platforms
All services offered through these funnels are educational and training in nature. They are not clinical, therapeutic, or medical services. Dr. B's role in these programs is as a mental strength educator — not as a treating clinician.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Registration and Account Information
When you register for a program or submit an application, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your registration.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications through our registration or application forms, you consent to receive text messages from Mentally STRONG. We operate two SMS programs:
Marketing SMS Program
By opting in, you consent to receive marketing text messages from Mentally STRONG about upcoming live trainings, webinars, program launches, events, and special offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Transactional SMS Program
By opting in, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Mentally STRONG about registration confirmations, purchase receipts, event reminders, and customer care updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
SMS Program Terms
• SMS opt-in is always optional and is never required to access our free training or submit an application
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us
• For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Opting out of SMS will not affect your access to products you have already purchased
5. Purchases and Payments
Certain programs and resources require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase and we will review your request.
6. Application Process
Submission of an application to work directly with Dr. B does not guarantee acceptance. We review all applications personally and reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not create any contractual obligation on our part.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites and funnels — including the Mentally STRONG Method, THINK. ORGANIZE. CHOOSE. framework, written content, video content, workbooks, guides, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Mentally STRONG / Bundukamara Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our educational programs and content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our programs. Individual results will vary based on effort, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.
Our programs are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical care, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mentally STRONG / Bundukamara Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mentally STRONG / Bundukamara Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
