Program 2 — Transactional / Informational SMS

By checking this box, I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Mentally STRONG about registration confirmations, purchase receipts, event reminders, and customer care updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out.

This program includes order confirmations, registration confirmations, event reminders, and account-related notifications.

Important SMS Disclosures

• SMS opt-in is optional and not required to access our free training or submit an application

• You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message
